(LaSALLE, ON) – One of the GOJHL’s leading defensemen, Danny Skinner, has been added to the lineup of the LaSalle Vipers for the 2018-19 season. A native of Kincardine, Skinner, 5’ 10” and 175lbs, joins the Vipers after playing the last two seasons with the Listowel Cyclones, where he logged 7 goals, 36 assists, and 60 penalty minutes in 91 games.
“Dan is a very smart player with excellent hockey IQ,” said John Nelson, the head coach and GM of the Vipers. “He brings a wealth of playoff experience we will need this in the upcoming season.”
Skinner is considered to be a steady stay-at-home defenseman with a dependable work ethic. He can also initiate offensive attacks from deep in the defensive zone with accurate outlet passes.
