(WINDSOR, ON) – This Sunday at Forest Glade Arena the Windsor Warlocks midget and intermediate girls lacrosse teams will be taking over the floor for a pair of doubleheaders in Ontario Lacrosse Association action.

The Midgets are ranked seventh in the province with a 1-4-1 record, but are picking up steam. Their lone win was an impressive 3-1 victory over the Six Nations Warriors at Kitchener’s Lax Angels Tournament. All of their games this season have been tight affairs.

They will host the fifth-ranked Sarnia Pacers (6-2-1) at 10am and 1pm Sunday. Their season series is 1-0-1 in favour of the Pacers, who have a 3-1 win over the Warlocks and a 3-3 tie.

Second on the docket will be the Intermediates, who are ranked sixth in the OLA with a 5-3-1 record. The Intermediates will be playing at 11am and 2pm against the 11th ranked London Blue Devils (1-6-2).

The Warlocks are 2-0 on the season against London, previously defeating them 4-0 and 5-3.

Come out and enjoy the action and, if you get a chance, join the Lady Warlocks at the Riverside Sportsmen’s Club this coming Wednesday between 5pm and 8pm for an all-you-can-eat pasta fundraiser to help send them to provincials this August in Whitby.
