Clippers Draw First Blood

(WINDSOR, ON) – The Windsor Clippers drew first blood in the opening game of the best of five western conference quarter final series against the Guelph Regals. The Clippers defeated the Regals 12-8. Game two of the series is Sunday night at Guelph. Game time is 7:00 pm

Steve Hinek and Jeff Rivait scored three times each to pace the Clippers attack. Brendon Anger added a pair of goals and singles went to Brett Hickey, Devin Humphrey, Adam Moore and Alex Seguin. Brendon Stevenson added three assists and went the distance for the Clippers in goal to record the win.

The Clippers will return to Forest Glade Arena for game three next Saturday night. Game time is 7:00 pm
