HK Society Hosting Indoor Triathlon

(WINDSOR, ON) – Would you like to get some exercise and help out a great cause at the same time?

The Human Kinetics Society at the University of Windsor is hosting an indoor triathlon and all proceeds go to ASSIST – Putting Kids in Sports. The event is simple: a 15 minute swim, a 15-minute bike ride and a 15-minute run, all held at the St. Denis Centre.

Registration is $35, or you can enter a team of three for $100. If you can collect pledges on top of that, all the better!

ASSIST is a first-class community charity that raises funds to help financially vulnerable families register their children in local sports organizations.
