Brawlers Lose A Close One

(WINDSOR, ON) – Border City Brawlers, Windsor’s only women’s flat-track roller derby league, hosted its travel team debut against Guelph’s Our Ladies of Pain at the Barn Saturday night.

More than 500 spectators came out to watch the bout in which the league’s travel team battled it out with Guelph to a nail biting finale which kept everyone on the edge of their seats throughout the bout.

Guelph’s Our Ladies of Pain were victorious against the Brawlers, winning the bout by just two points in a match that was rife with lead changes throughout.  The final score was 112 to 110 for Our Ladies of Pain.
