Stars Blank United 1 Nil

(BRAMPTON, ON) – It took just one goal by midfielder Wade Allen at 56 minutes to give Windsor Stars three important points and their sixth straight game without a loss, a 1-0 result at Victoria Park in Brampton.

Allen drove the ball from 20 yards to beat Brampton goalkeeper Jason Lopes and while the visitors are enjoying good form, such is not the case with Brampton City United which has now gone five games without a win and have slipped to 10th position in the standings. Brampton have a 6-8-4 record for 22 points, while Windsor improve to 9-5-4 for 31 points and are 5th in the First Division table.
