Rainmen Drench Express

(WINDSOR, ON) – The Windsor Express suffered their second straight loss to the Halifax Rainmen when they were outscored 110-82 on the road Thursday at the Halifax Metro Centre.

Halifax led Windsor 34-19 at the end of the opening quarter and were in front by 20 points at half way mark.

The Express were led offensively by Kevin Loiselle with 15 points. Lester Prosper netted 14 points for Windsor plus hauled down an impressive game-high 18 rebounds to earn another double-double on the season.

Halifax’s Quinnel Brown had a game-high 24 points for the Rainmen while Antoine Tisby collected 14 points and ten rebounds in a winning cause.

The Express don’t have long to rest as they are set to battle the Saint John Mill Rats in New Brunswick at Harbour Station. The tip-off tonight is at 7pm.
