“RCIC is so pleased to welcome the coaches, the staff, and the players of the Windsor Express,” said Remy Boulbol, the Executive Director of the centre. “We’re all about community partnerships and working together. And the Windsor Express have shown that’s the type of organization they are.”

In addition to enjoying greater access to the facility than they had at the John Atkinson Community Centre, the Express will also occupy coaches offices, a newly renovated gym, and centralized team facilities.

On hand for the announcement were returning players DeAndre Thomas and Kevin Loiselle, along with the coaching staff led by Bill Jones, and team CEO Dartis Willis.

“We’re really excited to be here,” Willis said. “Our key goal this year is to win a championship.”

The Express will play the Mississauga Power in an exhibition game on October 27 before opening the season at home when they host the London Lightening, November 1, at the WFCU Centre. Tickets are available by email or by calling 519-800-3665.
