(POINT EDWARD, ON) – The Clippers improved their record to 2-0 on the 2014 season with an 18-7 romp over the Point Edward Pacers last night.

Ryan Marchand led the charge for the Clippers with four goals and three assists. Cody Holmes scored three times while Brendon Anger, Trevor Learn, Dylan Riley, and Andrew Garant each scored a pair. Singles were scored by Matt Martinello, Logan Holmes, and Patrick Kaschalk.

Jacob Corra was solid in goal for the Clippers, stopping 32 of 39 shots for the win.

Next up for the Clippers are the visiting London Blue Devils in the Clippers home opener this Saturday night at Forest Glade Arena. Game time is 7:00 pm.

Tickets are just $7 for adults and $5 for seniors and students-$5.00. Kids under 12 years of age are free.
