Clippers Split Road Games

(HAMILTON, ON) – The Windsor Clippers suffered their first loss of the season as they split a pair of weekend road games.

The Clippers lost on Saturday night to a good Niagara Thunderhawks team 12-11, but bounced back on Sunday afternoon with a 12-7 win over the Hamilton Bengals.


The Clippers are now 4-1 at the quarter way point in the 2014 schedule.

The Clippers will have a busy long weekend as they travel to Wallaceburg on Friday night to face the rival Red Devils. Game time is 8:00 pm.

On Saturday night the Clippers will host the undefeated St Catherine’s Spartans at Forest Glade Arena. Game time is 7:00 pm.

Finally, on Sunday the Clippers will make the long trip up to Owen Sound for a tilt with the North Stars.
