Do Or Die For Clippers

By Mike Soulliere

(WINDSOR, ON) – The Windsor Clippers had an opportunity to close out the Orangeville Northmen with a win Saturday night, but it was not to be as the Clippers fell 7-3. The lack of offence was very disappointing to a large hometown crowd who could not inspire the Clippers.

The Clippers were held scoreless in the third period and had only six shots on goal for the period.

The Clippers only goals came from Brendon Anger, Matt Martinello, and Dylan Riley. Cooper Cecile suffered the loss in goal for the Clippers giving up 7 goals on forty shots.

The fifth and deciding game of the series will be played in Orangeville on Tuesday night at 8:00 pm. The winner will meet the Six Nations Rebels for the Western Conference championship.
