Nine Flyers To Compete In GOJHL Showcase

(WATERLOO, ON) – The Greater Ontario Junior Hockey League has announced the rosters for the 2014 GOJHL All-Star and Top Prospects games. The showcase event will take place on December 27 at the Waterloo Memorial Recreational Complex in Waterloo, beginning with the All-Star game at 1:30 pm followed by the Top Prospects game at 5:00 pm.

“On behalf of the Great Ontario Junior Hockey League I am pleased to announce the rosters for the 2014 Top Prospects and All Star Games, which includes 40 of the top prospects eligible for CIS, NCAA scholarships, and OHL selection from across the GOJHL,” said GOJHL Commissioner Chuck Williams. “Hockey fans in attendance and watching live across the country on Fasthockey have the opportunity to preview GOJHL players as they compete in front of University recruiters and OHL scouts in what will surely be an intense competition.”

The rosters are selected by the 18 GOJHL General Managers from the Western and Mid-Western Conferences. This year nine members of the Leamington Flyers have been selected.
