Vollmer Hosts Special Edition Of Hometown Hockey

By Rob Benneian

(LaSALLE, ON) – Join the LaSalle Vipers for a special edition of Hometown Hockey, at the Vollmer Centre tonight, when they take on the Lambton Shores Predators, on PrimeLink/Manulife night.

Last Thursday, the Vipers faced the Giles All-Stars in an exciting floor hockey game, and tonight the students of Giles Campus French Immersion Public School will be attending the Vipers game vs the Preds.

The floor hockey game was initiated by Giles student Aidan Robertson, 12, as a fundraiser for the Hospice of Windsor and Essex County. Robertson is also selling tickets to his fellow classmates for the Vipers game. His goal is to raise $500 through this fundraiser.

Visit the PrimeLink/Manulife table in the main lobby, fill out a ballot, and you’ll be entered to win a travel bag and accessories. You can also pick up your next set of LaSalle Vipers hockey cards, featuring forwards Brett Primeau, Mark Manchurek, Graham Pickard, and Dalton Langlois, and defenseman Dylan Naumovski, as well as a 2014-15 Vipers team photo poster at their table tonight.
