Minor Hockey Players Get In Free

By Rob Benneian

(LaSALLE, ON) – The LaSalle Vipers will face the Chatham Maroons tonight in Hometown Hockey action at the Vollmer Centre. Game time is 7:00 pm. All minor hockey players, who wear their team jersey to the game, will get in free.

The game is being sponsored by Parker Sport and Gear Cleaning, the Vipers’ preferred equipment cleaners. Visit the Parker table in the main lobby, fill out a ballot, and you’ll be entered to win a pair of lower bowl Detroit Red Wings tickets, valued at $110 each.

The Vipers have won 13 of their last 15 games and have pulled to within striking distance of the third place Sarnia Legionnaires.

With a win, the Vipers would be one point back of Sarnia, albeit with two extra games played. The Maroons, in second place, are six points up on LaSalle with two games in hand.
