(LaSALLE, ON) – LaSalle Vipers goaltender Paolo Battisti put his name all over the franchise record books this season with an excellent campaign. The second-year Viper is now the franchise’s all-time leader in career save percentage, as well as career playoff save percentage, career playoff goals against average, career playoff games, wins, and shutouts.

He also leads the way in minutes played in a single playoff season and career playoff minutes played.

Battisti is tied for the lead in regular season shutouts and games played in a single playoff season.

The Vipers will hand out their 2014-15 team awards at their Year-End Awards Banquet Tuesday, May 19 at the Walkerville Brewery.

Forward Korey Morgan scored four goals December 13, 2014, in a 12-4 Vipers win over the Lambton Shores Predators. In doing so, Morgan put himself in a tie for second place for goals scored in one game.

The feat was achieved twice, in the 2013-14 season, by Vipers forward Bryce Mayea on November 20 vs Chatham and Mark Manchurek on January 15 vs St Marys.

Goaltender Eli Billing stopped 50 shots December 7, against the Chatham Maroons, good for third all-time in a single game.
