By Jay Shewfelt

(WINDSOR, ON) – St Clair’s men’s soccer club dropped their home opener to Lambton College by a score of 3-1. The Saints went up early on a nice goal by the Windsor Stars’ Martin Nyul.

However, St. Clair could not put away a couple other great chances early and the Lions hung around.

Lambton responded with three unanswered goals in the second half.

The first was on a penalty kick, the second from a corner kick, and the third from a free kick.

The Saints fell to 0-1-1 with the loss while Lambton improved to 1-1-0.

St Clair is next in action when they travel to Conestoga College in Kitchener on Saturday.
