Walker Re-Signs With Lions

(ALLEN PARK, MI) – The Detroit Lions have announced that they have re-signed DT Tyrunn Walker. The contract terms were not disclosed.

Walker joined the Lions in 2015 following a three-year stint with the New Orleans Saints. He played in and started four games for Detroit, posting nine tackles before being placed on the Injured Reserve for the remainder of the season.

As an undrafted rookie free agent out of Tulsa in 2012, Walker’s career totals as a defensive tackle include 27 games, 37 tackles, 3.5 sacks, one pass defense, and one forced fumble.
