Spitfires Showcase Talent At Blue And White Game

Shalapata-Header(WINDSOR, ON) – On the verge of the OHL exhibition season, the Windsor Spitfires hosted their annual Blue and White game last night at the WFCU Arena, showcasing the young talent vying for spots on the roster. There were many familiar faces on the ice along with the newcomers looking to establish thier place on the bench.

The veterans taking part included Mario Culina, Logan Stanley, and Aaron Luchuk on the Blue squad while Andrew Burns, Logan Brown, and Mikhail Sergachev skated for the White team.

Some of the younger players displaying their skills for the OHL franchise were Eli Billing of the LaSalle Vipers, Belle River’s Jack Bowler, Wiliam Sirman from the York Simcoe Express, and Kory Silverio, a product of the Windsor Jr Spitfires.

Blue beat White 5-1.
