Express Sign Brandan Kearney

Shalapata-Header(WINDSOR, ON) – Detroit native and former Michigan Spartan, Brandan Kearney is the latest addition to the Windsor Express in their run-up to training camp on December 12. Kearney is the fifth major signing by the Express in the past two weeks.

The 6’ 6” guard/forward is entering his 2nd season of play in the NBLC, coming over to Windsor from the Moncton Miracles, where he was a 1st round draft selection in 2015. Kearney averaged 9.6ppg and 2.6rpg over 40 games on the east coast, and was ranked 4th in 3-point shooting at 41.1%.

The 23 year-old played for Tom Izzo at Michigan State in 2012-13 before transferring the following year to AZ State. He finished his college career playing at the University of Detroit.
