(GLENDALE, AZ) – Christian Fischer is the first player in Arizona Coyotes franchise history to score in each of his first two NHL games. The 19 year-old native of Wayne, IL, scored in wins over Tampa Bay and Florida on Saturday and Monday, turning heads in his first week in the NHL.

Fischer had recorded 32 points (16-16–32) over 31 games with the AHL’s Tucson Roadrunners as a rookie this season. The second round pick by Arizona in 2015 led the Windsor Spitfires in scoring last season with 40 goals, 50 assists, and 90 points in 66 games.
