(WINDSOR, ON) – The St Clair College Department of Athletics and the varsity golf program has announced the signing of Brett Harrison to a Letter of Intent for the 2017-18 school year.
Harrison, a native of Essex and born in Windsor, is currently finishing up his high school diploma at Essex District High School where he was a 3-sport athlete, playing golf, curling, and badminton.
Brett started playing golf at the age of 5 and was a four-time golf team award winner including three MVP’s at Essex. He was also a member of the Golf Association of Ontario Team Essex-Kent in 2016 and runner up in the 88th Essex Kent Junior Golf Tournament.
Harrison has been accepted to the 3-year Business Administration Marketing Program at St Clair.
Head coach Kevin Corriveau is excited to add Brett to the roster.
“I am incredibly pleased that Brett has decided to commit to St Clair and the St Clair College golf program,” Corriveau said. “He understands the need for competitive experiences in order to grow his abilities and has already planned a wonderful summer schedule of events. Through those experiences he will begin to bring a great competitive profile to the OCAA level of competition that will serve him and our team well.”
